Prior to his being General Manager at Arlington Lexus, Paul worked his way up to the General Sales Manager position at Bob Rohrman's Schaumburg Honda Automobiles. On top of his duties as a General Sales Manager, Paul's knowledge of auto dealerships had him consulting and trouble shooting at the other 28 dealerships in the Bob Rohrman Auto Group.
